Total resistance to rust, hardness and optimum shape are the characteristics of the ideal “tool” in the biomedical sector and the choice of the material is therefore a crucial element.

Steel:

1)      Even if it is “stainless” it cannot be so 100%.

2)    The maximum hardness for holding the cut must mediate with toughness to avoid breakages due to fragility.

3)      Commercial availability of the material in the adequate shapes.

These are all requirements that must be taken into consideration when choosing the material.

The specific comparison between the prostheses to be transplanted and the “methodology” used to obtain the seat give “shape” to the tool. Just as an important aspect is that its subsequent use must be accompanied by specific instructions concerning the conditions of use and maintenance.
To guarantee the reliability of these products we work under a TÜV approved quality system “ISO 9001-2000” with certificate no. 50 100 2392 Rev02 and also in compliance with standard 13485 with certificate no. Q2N 06 05 57713 001 and the transplantation perforators are CE approved with certificate no. G2 06 05 57713 002.
